FTS Apartment AI is a 32-storey serviced apartment tower in Senopati, South Jakarta, with 53 move-in-ready units from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. Every unit comes furnished, with kitchenware, fibre Wi-Fi and housekeeping, so residents only need to bring a suitcase.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM at the 24-hour lobby concierge desk. At check-in every adult resident shows an ID card or passport and receives an access card for the lifts and their unit floor. A lost access card costs IDR 100,000 to replace.

Stays of 7 nights or more automatically get 10% off the nightly rate, and stays of 28 nights or more get 25% off. For stays beyond 90 nights or corporate leases, our leasing team prepares a tailored quote.

For stays under 28 nights, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are included in the rate. For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is billed by meter at the end of the stay, while water, Wi-Fi and housekeeping stay included.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking inside units or corridors; a smoking area is on the ground floor. Visitors must be registered at the concierge and may not stay overnight unless registered as residents.

For stays under 28 nights, cancellation is free up to 3 days before check-in; after that one night is charged. For stays of 28 nights or more, cancellation is free up to 14 days before check-in; after that seven nights are charged.

Cats and small dogs (up to 10 kg) are allowed in 1 Bedroom Executive and 2 Bedroom Family units for stays of 28 nights or more, with a refundable cleaning deposit of IDR 1,500,000. Pets are not allowed in the pool, gym or co-working areas.

Stays under 28 nights need no deposit. For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit equal to seven nights is paid at check-in and refunded within 7 working days after check-out, minus the electricity bill and any damage.
